The Sonics have played better of late and just missed out winning against Houston. They play well in games with plenty of running and have always done well against the Hawks.

The Cavs are a solid wager tonight against the Suns. The Suns are in the dog end of a long road trip and because of the style of basketball they play long road trips take their toll. This was never more evident than in the last game when they lost outright to lowly Minnesota. Cleveland is 12-1 ATS at home off BB covers as favorite. I went into the lab to crunch numbers on the Suns at the end of a road trip and this is what I found. The Suns are 88-98 ATS in road games when playing in the third game in four nights. When they are coming off a loss in the last game the number drops to 32-44 ATS and finally when they are a PK to 3 point favorite that are just 9-17 ATS covering at just a 35% clip.

The cats have revenge against the Bulls and catch them at a great time as the Bulls have been hampered with injuries to great players. The Bulls pulled together for a big win without their injured players against the Pacers but will be hard pressed to do that again tonight. I like this game to go over and quite easily. Orlando has an advantage down low that will allow them to score easy buckets and the same can be said for the guard play of the Pistons. This one has the potential to go down to the wire and that will allow for points with no clock movement.

When is national television going to stop showing the Miami Heat? Shaq and Wade are marketable but come on already, they are almost a shoe in to miss the playoffs but they always show up on prime time. They know they have to win now if they want a shot at the last playoff spot so I will play on the home team to get the win.

There is a reason for this as the Hawks will be motivated to play after leading the entire game last time out before blowing it late. This will get them to play the entire game wire to wire and get the win and the cover.

The Spurs go to play Denver and the Nuggets will be looking to exact some revenge after a double digit loss on the road. In that loss to the Spurs the Nuggets were without Martin and Nene but tonight both return specifically for this game showing just how big it is. "Having as much post presence as we can have against the Spurs is needed," Denver small forward Carmelo Anthony said. "We've got everybody back now. I don't want to use that as an excuse (for the last game). But we're going to go out there and bring it, and I'm pretty sure they're going to bring it, too."
